Information you give us. When you book a shoot, place an order or contact us, we collect details such as:
- Your name, brokerage or company, email address and phone number
- The property address, access details (for example lockbox or gate codes) and notes about the shoot
- The services you order and your billing details
- Anything you send us by email, phone call or text message
Payment information. Payments are handled by our booking and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Photos, video and property media. We capture images, video, drone footage, 3D scans and floor plan measurements of the properties you hire us to shoot. This media can sometimes include neighboring properties, vehicles or people in the background. We try to avoid this, and we will edit or remove these details on request when we reasonably can.
Information from this website. This website has no sign-up forms and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It saves your light or dark mode choice in your own browser so the site remembers it; that choice never leaves your device. Our website host may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working properly.
How we use your information
- To schedule, prepare for and complete your shoot
- To edit and deliver your media
- To send invoices and process payments
- To send confirmations, reminders and updates about your orders by email, phone or text

How we share your information
We share information only as needed to run our business and deliver your order:
- Our team and contractors. Photographers, editors and other contractors who work on your order receive the details they need to do that work, such as the property address and access notes.
- Service providers. Companies that help us operate, such as our booking and ordering platform, payment processor, file storage and delivery services, email and messaging providers, and website host. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Skyline, our clients or others.
- Business changes. If Skyline is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner under this same policy.
Text messages (SMS)
Skyline Property Productions, LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery of SMS services, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, or customer support vendors. This information is used solely to provide and operate the messaging service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our use of the media we create
As explained in our Terms & Conditions, Skyline owns the copyright to the media we create. We may show some of this work in our portfolio, on our website and on social media to promote our services. We never publish access codes or private notes. If you would like a property left out of our portfolio, or its address removed, just ask.
How long we keep information
We keep booking records and media for as long as we need them to deliver your order, support re-downloads, keep business and tax records, and meet legal requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete it or store it securely.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards, such as password-protected accounts and trusted service providers, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you
- Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP
- Unsubscribe from any email we send by using the link in the email or by contacting us
